I had been in sales for many years before I became a licensed Realtor in 2004. This career is the one that I love because it gives me the opportunity to shower my customers with detail-oriented service in finding the right home to meet their needs, and those customers typically become personal friends. This level of service has made me a consistent multi-million dollar producer. As a mother of two and grandmother, I enjoy the time I spend with my family, and volunteering and supporting Give Kids the World, Boy Scouts of America, Red Cross, Latin America Childcare, and the Children's Miracle Network.

I started investing in beach property and rental homes in the early 90's, while continuing to work in the insurance field. After moving to Florida, in 2001, I decided to put my experience to work. I specializes in condominium and vacation home sales; customers find me to be a skilled negotiator while keeping their best interests at heart. I am enjoying my career in real estate sales because it gives me more flexibility to schedule time for my family and grandchildren. I currently serve as President-Elect in the Rotary Club of Celebration. With his wife, Angie, he volunteers time and support to worthy organizations, such as Rotary, Give Kids the World, Boy Scouts of America, Children's Miracle Network, Red Cross, and Latin America Childcare. 

Bradley 

I was born and raised in Northwest Florida. Upon graduation, I attended Faulkner State Community College for one year, then completed my studies in 2001 at Southeastern College of Technology with a degree in Computer Networking. I have pretty much been in sales most of my adult life and found that it must be my niche!
In 2008, my family and I moved to Celebration to join my mother and step-father in their real estate business. Real estate has given me the opportunity to meet some fascinating people. I really enjoy the process of taking clients out to show the many different areas of Central Florida and what we have to offer. When I am not showing homes, I am spending time Bass Fishing, golfing, hanging out with my daughter Presley, wife Rebecca and the many friends I have met.  

Tiffany 

I'm a Florida native, born and raised in the Florida Keys. Upon graduation, I moved to Gainesville where I attended the University of Florida, Go Gators! I graduated in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance and Marketing. Over the next 8 years I worked with Federated Department Stores and Walt Disney World in retail sales management.

In 2004, my family and I moved to Celebration and I embarked on my real estate career. Real estate has given me the opportunity to make lasting friendships and meet some fascinating people. I realize the home buying and selling experience can be stressful so it is my job to make it as seamless as possible. Having knowledge of the inventory, contracts, and process are key to a successful transaction. I pride myself on honesty, integrity, and my dedication to great customer service! 

Karen 

I have been licensed in Real Estate in Florida since 1988, serving Central Florida for 20 years and a Florida resident since 1971. My experience has been in new home sales with a great knowledge of construction and green sustainability. The last 3 years I have worked in General Real Estate and have enjoyed it very much. I have been most successful in connecting each homebuyer with a home that truly fits their needs, which enables families to enjoy their home which is the biggest financial transaction they may ever make. I achieve this by listening carefully to the needs
of each customer and learning the criteria before beginning the search. It is important to deal with each customer the exact way that I, personally, want to be dealt with when I make a purchase.

My Family and I have lived in Celebration since 1999 and love our home and the town of Celebration.
